In times of uncertainty we need our humanity
These are those times.
Maybe this sounds familiar: the world feels chaotic, uncertain, unpredictable.
Life’s pressures mount: change comes toward us at lightspeed; information feels difficult to trust; our institutions are rockier than ever.
The ground feels like it’s crumbling beneath our feet.
And yet, we must live our lives.
Our families are counting on us. Our colleagues. Our friends.
It. Is. A. Lot.
In the midst of it all, we may find ourselves wondering: how is it possible to contribute to the world in meaningful ways?
To move from the heart? To show up aligned in our values?
To make decisions that will have a positive impact on the next generation? And the generation after that. And after that.
One thing seems certain: whatever we do must be rooted in re-connecting to our humanity.
“[A]ll one has to do is look around at what we do to one another and to Mother Earth to realize we have forgotten how to be human beings.”
Here’s the thing: we are all born with the tools we need to find our way there.
Including you.
It’s time to remember.
At circ.al I offer coaching and small facilitated groups that support people in finding their way to navigate these waters.
To find their way home.
This work is for:
🤩 Those who want to bring more humanity and soul into the collectives in their lives (communities, groups, teams, etc.)
🤩 People looking to develop skills to better navigate challenging times (personally, professionally, locally, globally)
🤩 Men who want to step beyond the stories of who they are “supposed to be”
🤩 Anyone who has that feeling that the way we are living just isn’t working, and who wants to start feeling their way into what could be next.
🤩 People who care about the impact that they have in the world and want to do more good and cause less harm.
🤩 Anyone who is more interested in the questions than the answers.
This work is not for:
❌ People who want things to be like they were “before”.
❌ Those looking for silver bullets and easy answers or cookie cutter “3, 5, 7, 11 step” plans.
❌ Anyone trying to get “them” to change or see things your way.
❌ People whose only goal is to get more out of their people at work or improve the bottom line.
❌ Folks whose measure of success is just what’s in it for them.
