Do you ever feel like you’re the only one? Like there’s something wrong with you?

Like:

  • “I feel so lonely. I really don’t have any close friends.”

  • “If I ask for help, I’ll be seen as weak. I better figure this out on my own.”

  • “I wish I could feel more. More than anger, that is.”

  • I’m not sure how to talk to my partner. I know she (or he, or they) want more. So do I.

  • “I just feel stuck. I feel like I’ve lost my way. And my purpose.”

Here’s a secret: you are not alone. In fact, you’re surrounded by guys who feel the same. I can promise you that.

Here’s the rub: the only real way to learn this, and to change it, is together.

This is where a Men’s Circle comes in. It’s a place where you get to show up for others—and have them show up for you. Where you can learn to count on each other.

Here’s a question to give you a sense of the power of this: what do you think your childhood would have been like if your dad had had five guys in his life he could count on?

Take a moment with that one.

The power of the circle comes from three things:

  • The consistency of showing up each week - for yourself and for the other men;

  • The relationships you build - with one another, and with yourself;

  • The commitment you make - to yourself and to each other.

This 6-week series is designed to give you the felt sense of this power, to begin to forge the relationships you can count on, and to give you some of the foundational skills that make you a powerful support for others in your circle.

How it works

We’ll meet for six-weeks, in-person, for two hours a week. The series is limited to ten men. The ask is that you are willing to show up each week, not just for yourself, but for the other men in the circle, and for the process.

What you get

  • Six two-hour in-person facilitated circles;

  • A space to learn and practice skills that can help you in your personal life, relationships, and work;

  • A dedicated digital platform for between-circle connection, reflection, and support;

  • Optional 15-minute buddy calls with reflection prompts provided;

  • An opportunity to build relationships with other men who have your back
